chenille covers with removable gel inserts for easy heating and
cooling. Heat by soaking the gel insert in hot (not boiling)
water for two to five minutes, or by placing
the insert and cover in the microwave -- 15
seconds for the eye mask, two minutes for the hot water bottle;
cool by refrigerating the gel insert (with or without the cover)
for 60 minutes, or, for more intense cold, keep in the
freezer. The Happy Gel Eye Mask is wonderful for relieving
